final

Marc,
we would like to know the details for monday so we can start to prepare, ie moving models, etc. There is enough space in the rooms in South so that those people who cannot move their models can use the rooms for presentation... the rest of us can use the hall, but we dont know what the format for the videos will be...should we all leave space next to our drawings for projection..or leave one wall free for all of them? also, are we viewing the videos directly from the blog, or from our own files?

we should pin up in the same room we had our last review in...hhn 3rd floor big room.
we have a projector , right?
we need to be ready to go by 9:30...
we can pin up in this room as well...
so drawings and models should be in there and movies ready to go by 930.
if it is easier to show them off the web, fine...
whatever works for you...
make this decision as a class please.

are we not presenting the full scale constructions?

we can walk over to them at the start if you like..? they are in the film tho...
this is a review of the final project.

I agree with Marc,
we should focus on our final half of the class- and show a condensed version of what we have done up to the midterm. From my experience, if we give equal emphasis on pre and post midterm, the focus diluted from the final project, and like a run-on joke the punchline would get lost...

adi, ryan and I were discussing it and the rest of the class agrees that we should have a quick walk around our pieces in the south building then move to the 3rd fl and present our projects. we would prefer the jurors to see them first hand as a reference even if we're not discussing the construction.
