The underlying philosophy of this language & syntax joke is social and political, specifically feminism. (Cathcart & Klein 151) When the answer is revealed, the "illumination" lies in the contrast of the innocence of the answer with the vulgarity of what's expected in our minds. So immediately does the other word come to mind, it has implications of women’s roles and reveals how common it is to be lewd and disrespectful. The spray paint represents defamation, it is the first layer of information and dominates the page. Rosie the Riveter is in the background, fragmented, with her source of strength and power reduced.
